At Select Home Staging we provide services to meet a variety
merchandising needs of homeowners and realtors. There is
something here for every budget. We are happy to work with
the homeowner or the realtor to craft a custom approach
whenever necessary.
Basic
Assessment
A Select Home Staging (SHS) home stager
visits the home to complete a basic assessment that
highlights the changes that will make the most impact to
prepare the home for sale. The homeowner and real estate
professional is provided a “Top Ten Priority Report”,
written recommendations for preparing the home for sale. The
homeowner is responsible for applying the recommendations to
the house.
Complete Staging Services
Available in half-day and full-day
increments, complete staging services are performed after a
basic assessment. Services may include rearranging
furniture, removing furniture, adding accessories and
repurposing accessories already in the home. Written
guidelines are provided to the homeowner to ensure that the
staging is maintained until the home is sold. A SHS home
stager applies the recommendations to the house.
Complete Assessment with Staging Services
A SHS certified home stager visits the
home to complete a thorough analysis of the home and
property from top to bottom. The homeowner and real estate
professional is provided with extensive written
recommendations for transforming the house. The homeowner, a SHS home stager or a combination of both might apply the
recommendations to the house.
Vacant Home Staging
Complete furnishing and accessories are
provided to prepare a vacant home for sale. A SHS home
stager manages the entire process of staging the vacant home
from start to finish.
House Listing Photographic Services
A SHS home stager takes
photographs of the exterior and interior of the house.
Photographs are then edited to ensure the photographic
representation of the house is realistic and complimentary.
Digital photographic files are given to the homeowner and
the real estate professional for use in marketing the house.
